摘要
これまで本学会にて、海洋深層水より調製した高ミネラル水は、循環器系疾患の改善、ピロリ菌の増殖抑制や腫蕩細胞の増殖抑制など健康に有益な効果を有する事を報告してきた。現在は、腫場細胞の増殖抑制機序解明を目的に解析を行っている。本報告では、高ミネラル水による腫場細胞増殖抑制効果に関与している蛋白の検索経過を報告する。
We reported earlier the potential e町ects of refined deep-seawater (RDSW)， a kind of high-mineral drinking water， on human health. Drinking RDSW improved cardiovascular disease and suppressed the colonization of H. pylori in the stomach and tumor growth in vitro and in vivo. The final goal of this study iおs tωo elucidate the mechanism in which drinking RDSW suppresses the tumor growth. Now we 訂e identifシing the proteins involved in tumor growth suppression induced by drinking RDSW and progress is reported herein.
