摘要

本計畫主要區分三大主題,首先針對深層海水資源國內外專利與產業進行技術鑑別,並提供專利地圖分析。在生物科技結合區域產業發展可行性方面,針對低溫藻類資源進行資訊收集,結合東部學研機構之技術支援能力進行調查分析,最後提供發展方向建議。最後針對藻類產品設計、成份鑑定分析與環境荷爾蒙進行實際案例分析。在深層海水國內外專利與技術鑑別分析方面,研究顯示美國、日本、韓國與台灣在深層海水之專利技術發展上,依國際分類結果顯示其朝向機械工程與人類生活必需的方向發展,日本、韓國主要發展朝向人類生活必需分類,而美國則朝向機械工程分類,尤以能源工程為主,台灣發展則較為平均。在研究能力評估方面,美國與日本在產業自行研發能量上佔有優勢,台灣則以研究機構佔有研發能力優勢。生物科技結合區域產業發展可行性評估顯示,以目前台灣的各項條件對開發低溫藻類養殖有其困難度,研究建議朝向高密度室內培養藻類種苗或發展生產提供潔淨的水產餌料技術。在東部地區學研機構的調查分析方面,東部各縣之學研單位在食品、生技及養殖方面可充分提供研發資源,未來建議地方政府透過相關產學合作來進行推廣。最後,在以深層海水飼育之藻類進行藻膠提鍊與分析案例中,證實其產品具有潔淨的特性。最後,再結合訪談目前台灣指標藻類生技企業並歸納其對深層海水資源發展的意見,建議深層海水資源未來可加強結合醫學材料領域(如敷料產品)發展,亦可為深層海水週邊產品帶來高經濟價值之利基。
