摘要
本計畫以深層海水專業技術人才培育為主要重點，深層海水產業已為台灣相關產業主管機關及投資者所熟知，工作技術亦逐漸進入實廠開發運用階段，為加速相關技術之推廣與應用，有必要使相關產業人員瞭解政府目前的深層海水產業政策、計畫與相關水質標準，以快速切入相關產業。本計畫針對深層海水產業鏈下游的「冷能利用」與「水產養殖」應用兩個方面邀請日本與國內專家進行相關講習。
This project emphasized on human resources training on deep sea water. The deep sea water industry has become popular to the authorities and investors in Taiwan. The operation technique of deep sea water is now focused on the application phase. In order to enhance and speed up the associated deep sea water techniques and applications, the related personnel should clearly know the deep sea water industry policy of the authorities, related projects of the authorities, and deep sea water quality standards to quicken the involvement of this industry. The training workshop focused on the two main topics: cryogenic energy utilization and aquaculture by using deep sea water.
