The invention discloses a whitening essence lotion containing natural extracts and a preparation method thereof. The whitening essence lotion comprises self-emulsifying glycerin monostearate, stearic acid, camellia seed oil, wheat-germ oil, medical vaseline, synthetic squalane, triethanolamine, L-serine, distilled water, glycerol, tremella extract, bletilla striata extract, motherwort extract, lily extract, towel gourd extract, sorbitol, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin C, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium, carbomer 940, methylparaben/sorbic acid, citric acid and essence. Compared with the prior art, the whitening essence lotion is milky, appropriate in thickness, light, moist, exquisite, uniform, brightly white, fine in spreadability, and fragrant, and can supplement nutrients and moisture needed by the skin, adjust immunity of the skin, enhance skin resistance to external stimulation, improve blood circulation of the skin, promote metabolism and make the skin white, fully elastic and soft.
